Sabbath isn’t just about taking a day’s rest, one in seven, but about protecting time with loved ones, and of course being aware of the presence of God. Sabbath isn’t a day off in which all the chores get done, it is a holy day.

The fruit was good. It was full of sunshine and vitamins and antioxidants, and when we ate them our bodies benefitted from all that nutritious goodness as well as our taste-buds. Even our eyes were delighted by their vibrant colour.
