In the beginning…. Right at the beginning when God created the world, you and I were already on his heart.God took the newly created soil and gently, personally, intimately, began to form humanity. Coaxing the earth, the clay, stretching it to form a frame, reaching inside to place organs, and intestines, joints and muscles…wrapping them in tissue and flesh and securing with skin; Shaping features, eyes, nose, ears, freckles, hair; holding this new creation in his hands, cradling it close to his own heart as he breathed life into body and soul, holding this new body so close that God’s heartbeat set the rhythm for this first human being.
